EdgeClarity was born from experience - not from a plan to start a consultancy but from years spent leading people, teams and change from within organisations.

Throughout my career, I’ve held leadership roles in complex and exciting environments, supporting growth, business transformation and performance. Time and again, I saw organisations invest heavily in the what. What is the right strategy and process, yet struggle to create lasting change because the people side of transformation wasn’t given the same care, intention or focus.

What consistently made the difference wasn’t just the quality of any one strategy or plan. It was the how. How leaders showed up, how teams were engaged, and whether people felt supported, heard and empowered throughout the journey.

EdgeClarity was created to bridge this gap - to enable successful implementation while retaining, engaging and developing key talent.

I founded the business to bring together deep experience in business transformation with a coaching-led, people-centred approach. Our work is grounded in partnering closely with organisations, leaders and teams to navigate complexity, align around what matters most, and embed change that lasts.
